Plans & billing
Free tier includes limited slots per trigger type; paid plans raise limits and remove ads and the dashboard watermark.
Compare plans and subscribe from Settings → Plans & Subscription. Free allows 10 triggers per type; Starter and Pro are unlimited.
The overlay itself never shows ads. Only the dashboard may show free-tier banners and a watermark. Paid plans also unlock pay-page theming and priority support.
Checkout and every card detail are handled by Stripe when available for your account/region. Trigglow never sees or stores your payment information.
Use "Manage billing" (Stripe customer portal) to change plan, update your card, or cancel.
Note
You can cancel anytime from Manage billing. Paid perks stay active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Warning
Downgrading never deletes anything: if you exceed the new plan's limit, the extra triggers are paused and can be re-enabled later.
Note
Tip-jar donations and plan subscriptions stay on the platform account; only paid-alert money routes to your Stripe Connect balance.
