This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing and use of the trigglow.com website, as well as the applications, APIs, OBS Studio browser sources and associated online services (the “Service” or the “Platform”).

Accessing or using Trigglow makes you a user and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

Users agree to use the Platform’s content and features lawfully, diligently and appropriately, and will refrain from:

• Carrying out unlawful activities or activities contrary to good faith, morality or public order.
• Damaging the physical or logical systems of Trigglow, its providers or third parties (code injection, malicious SVG files or denial-of-service attacks).
• Hosting or displaying content that infringes fundamental rights, third-party intellectual property rights or the guidelines of connected streaming platforms (Kick, Twitch, YouTube, among others).

Own content: the website design, source code, logos, trademarks, interfaces, technical architecture and other distinctive elements belong to the owner or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, transformation, distribution or public communication without express written authorization is prohibited.

User content: users keep the intellectual property in the content they upload and grant Trigglow the technical license needed to host, process and send it to the OBS Studio browser source, under the terms of the Copyright & DMCA Policy.

Third-party trademarks: Kick, Twitch, YouTube, Discord, Spotify, OBS Studio, Corsair Gaming, Elgato, Stream Deck, Nightbot, Botrix and Streamlabs belong to their owners and are mentioned only descriptively and for interoperability (fair, nominative use), without sponsorship, endorsement or commercial link.

Service continuity: Trigglow makes its best efforts to keep the infrastructure available but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions, latency or network outages caused by force majeure or necessary technical maintenance.

Third-party APIs: alerts depend on third-party APIs (Kick, Twitch, YouTube, Discord, Spotify, Stripe). Trigglow is not responsible for issues caused by changes, failures or interruptions on those platforms.

External links: for links to third-party sites, Trigglow acts under Article 17 of the LSSI-CE and is not liable for their content unless it has actual knowledge of its unlawfulness and fails to remove the link diligently.

Nothing above limits the rights that mandatory consumer law grants the user.

In accordance with Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065:

• Communication languages: Spanish and English.

Relations between the owner and users are governed by the laws of Spain and directly applicable European Union rules.

For any court dispute arising from this Legal Notice, the parties submit to the courts of the owner’s domicile, unless mandatory consumer law sets another venue.
